Google2 years agoI have rang here everyday for 2 week and been told constantly they will contact the solicitor to find out what was happening with case.
Carl gallagher was off most of this 2 week after a hearing he was the one who was the solicitor dealing with the case and when he came back last Wednesday and I spoke to him he was unaware of my many calls and said he was sorting the issue that day 3 week in and still no update.i would strongly suggest going else we're this is by far the worst solicitors I've ever dealt with there not in any rush to help or prioritise after my calls and the person I spoke with constantly claimed he was emailing Carl for a update which I ñow believe was just to stop me calling AVOID

They are very dishonest. Especially Carl Gallagher. He lied and committed acts of fraudulent misrepresentation in order to retain my business, so that he could keep billing and taking my money. When I’ve complained he chose to ignore me instead of resolving the matter. WARNING FRAUDULENTLY BUSINESS THAT TAKES YOUR MONEY AND DOES NOT COMPLETE THE AGREED WORK

Google3 years agoI would love to give no stars as I feel I set up in court by Kyra Hassan.
This was a repo hearing and her advice was not to take her into court. This was despite my health conditions and recent major surgery .I feel she didn't want to lose a case. The company knew of what the hearing was after I spoken to someone the day before, starange he forgot to ask my name, alarm bells should have gone offf at that stage.
