Google3 months agoI was disappointed by the way this firm handled correspondence following my mother's death.
The firm held my mother's will and was aware that she had passed away, yet I received a letter referring to obligations under a Lasting Power of Attorney and suggesting I was not acting in my mother's best interests if a debt was not paid. As solicitors should know, a Lasting Power of Attorney ends on death and matters then proceed through the estate and probate process. I found the tone of the letter insensitive and unnecessarily threatening, particularly while probate was ongoing and the estate was being administered. I would have expected greater accuracy, professionalism and compassion from a firm dealing with bereaved families. This was my experience and unfortunately it left me with a poor impression of the service provided.

Googlea year agoIt is now going into the 3rd year of Greens Solicitors dealing with a Probate.
There is no property to dispose of; admittedly, there were many investments to deal with, but in the early part of January 2025, the Solicitor told me it would only be a couple of weeks more before everything was completed. The NatWest Bank then raised some issues, but to the best of my knowledge, these were addressed soon after. It is now the beginning of July 2025, and I have heard nothing. *If there is still an issue, just inform me! What`s the problem?

Googlea year agoAfter being let down by an online company (Lawhive), I contacted Greens to provide me with independent legal advice (ILA) regarding acting as guarantor on a loan (mortgage) taken in my company name.
They achieved in 2 hours what Lawhive failed to achieve in a month (from receiving the initial phone, to meeting with me and to the final sending of the documents to my conveyancing solicitor). I will absolutely be using Greens for all future ILAs as they were unbelievably efficient, detailed and cost effective.

They dealt with the conveyancing on 2 properties for me promptly and efficiently. Staff were also considerate of my challenging circumstances, which helped reduce the stress of moving.
