Just Immigration Solicitors

“I’ve been supported by Solicitor Agnes Lai at Just Immigration since the start of my partner visa application under the family route in 2019, right through to the grant of my Indefinite Leave to Remain this week.

Throughout what has been a long, costly and detail-heavy process, Agnes has been outstanding. Her communication has always been excellent, prompt and reassuring, and she has made every stage feel clear and manageable. Working with her has been genuinely pleasant, even during the more stressful parts of the process. Her fees are also very reasonable for the quality of service she provides. My ILR was granted on a Sunday, and within 15 minutes of receiving the Home Office notification, Agnes emailed me to let me know. That level of care and responsiveness really speaks for itself. I would not hesitate to recommend Agnes to friends and family. If I could give her more than five stars, I would. Thank you, Agnes!

“Highly recommend Agnes Lai.

She helped us with an urgent case - restoring Indefinite Leave to Remain for an elderly relative in his 90s via a Returning Resident visa, after 40 years in the UK followed by 25 years abroad in retirement. Agnes listened carefully, understood the full history, and gave clear, specific instructions on exactly what evidence was needed. Given his age, that clarity was important and much appreciated. The application was handled promptly and succeeded. Professional, clear, and genuinely caring throughout - highly recommended.

“I had a very positive experience with Just Immigration Solicitors throughout my Skilled Worker visa process.

My company appointed them, and the entire process was handled smoothly and professionally from start to finish. Agnes Lei managed my case and was excellent throughout—very detailed, organised, and clear in her communication. She kept me informed at every stage, answered all my questions promptly, and made what could have been a stressful process feel straightforward and well managed. Thanks to her support and attention to detail, my visa application was successful. I would highly recommend Just Immigration Solicitors, and especially Agnes Lei, to anyone looking for reliable and professional immigration services.
