I started this journey back in 2021, after suffering life-changing injuries following the birth of my child. “Extremely poor communication and total neglect.

I instructed this firm, signed all the necessary paperwork, and my case was transferred to Taylor Greyson. The last response I received was in September 2025. Since then, it has been months of absolute silence. They do not answer phone calls or reply to any emails. This level of unprofessionalism and negligence is completely unacceptable, especially when dealing with important legal matters that have strict deadlines. I have now filed a formal complaint and will be taking this to the Legal Ombudsman. Avoid this firm if you want a reliable solicitor who actually communicates with their clients.
