Google2 months agoLodders have been dealing with my aunts estate.
My experience has been stressful and unprofessional. Paperwork sent has been lost, there has been a data breach of my estate account documents which were sent to another completely unrelated estate. It has taken months and months, far greater than a fairly uncomplicated estate should take. I have had to chase replies for emails , my questions weren't answered, and even now, after several reminders, they spell my name incorrectly! Surely the very basics? I absolutely do not recommend this firm at all.

I used her services to help prepare for a final hearing relating to my divorce/ financial application. Katie was quick and thorough actioning my request and helping me with an upcoming deadline. I also met with Katie and she helped to prepare me, ensuring that I had everything I needed to go into court prepared. I can’t recommend Katie enough. A shoutout to Gurinder also, who got checks etc completed quickly so that we could proceed.

Google2 years agoI have used Lodders Solicitors on several occasions and have always found them very helpful.
Most recently, after my husband passed away, I asked Michael Neal-Brook at Lodders to rewrite my will and to rework my powers of attorney as well as to manage a property issue. Michael was extremely kind and patient with me and, with regards to my will, suggested ways of handling inheritance issues which I had not thought of. He responded to my follow-up queries very promptly and continued to stay in touch while the work was in progress. There are delays in government systems at the moment, in my case with the Office of the Public Guardian and the Land Registry, and it was reassuring to know that Michael was there to make contact with these organisations when necessary rather than doing this myself. I highly recommend Lodders and Michael Neal-Brook and am very glad to have consulted him.
