Lyons Bowe Solicitors

“I have had an excellent experience with Lyons Bowe Solicitors throughout my first home purchase.

A special thank you to Isharani Punchihewa for her professionalism, patience and excellent communication. She kept me informed at every stage, answered all my questions promptly and made the whole legal process much easier to understand. I would also like to thank Holly Inglis and the rest of the Lyons Bowe team for their support and professionalism. From receiving my mortgage offer, dealing with enquiries, preparing the documents for signing and progressing my purchase towards exchange, everything has been handled efficiently and clearly. Buying a first home can be stressful, but the team has made the process much smoother. I have always felt well informed and supported throughout. I would highly recommend Lyons Bowe Solicitors to anyone looking for a professional, reliable and friendly conveyancing service. Thank you all for your hard work!

“The team at Lyons Bowe helped us massively with the conveyancing on our first home.

What should have been a quick and easy process had a few roadblocks but the team made our lives easier with their professionalism and patience. They were approachable, quick to respond and explained everything clearly, prompting us on the actions we should be taking to help move the transaction along. We have already recommended them to others and will definitely use them again if we move house in the future. Big thanks to Lily, Geraldine and Maddie, you are superstars!

“As 1sr time buyers we were recommended by a friend to use Lyons Bowe and I’m glad we did.

The speed that they managed to get our file up and completed and sent to the legal department was amazing. Friendly helpful and professional. Always there for when we had questions and in constant communication with us. Also the app is really helpful allowing for digital signatures. Thank you Toni for help.
