Google6 months agoI recently used Pender-law, dealt with Demelza and Dale on a complicated sale and I cannot thank them enough for all their hard work..
If asked to say one thing about them it would be that other firms I have used seem to want to run up bills - this company doesn't and are honest and extremely professional and I would highly recommend them.

Google3 years agoPenderlaw discovered a significant legal problem with the deeds, which previous purchasers of the development were not aware of.
This problem jeopardised the long term security of our ownership of the property which were purchasing. It required Penderlaw to negotiate with the Sellers solicitors to accept the need for a formalised Deed of Variation. Penderlaw were proactive, reassuring, informative and professional during the entire protracted process. We highly recommend Penderlaw.
