“Shergroup. Dear Claire, I am writing to you to formally lodge a serious complaint regarding the handling of my case.

I originally chose Shergroup because I watched your television show and was impressed by the high level of professionalism displayed. Unfortunately, my actual experience with your company has been an absolute let down. From the beginning, it feels as though no one has listened to a single piece of information I have provided. I went out of my way to supply your company with detailed intelligence reports, and I even had to provide your team with the correct email address just to get the Writ of Control sent out. The treatment I have received from your staff has been entirely unacceptable: * **Disrespectful Conduct:** Yesterday, your staff hung up on me simply because I pointed out a massive oversight on their part—specifically, that the medical certificates provided by the debtor were out of date by two years and originated from an online consultation in a foreign country. Instead of addressing this error, your staff treated me like a child. * **Incompetence in the Field:** The enforcement officer sent out, Joe (who I was told was experienced), failed to even take down her contact details. * **Public Humiliation:** To make matters worse, she has now posted on Facebook bragging about how she "beat the bailiff," complete with a photo. Shergroup has made me look and feel incredibly stupid. I am a very disabled individual, and I have never been treated with so much disrespect. The sheer lack of competence and empathy from your team is staggering. Please be advised that I will be forwarding a copy of this complaint, along with the details of how my case has been handled, to the professional association that Shergroup belongs to.
