David Jones was particularly helpful, proactively preparing documentation we would need, responding promptly to queries via phone call and emails, and, most importantly, keeping us informed throughout so we never had to chase for updates. He was extremely on the ball with everything, very responsive to emails and on the odd occasion I needed to call him, I always managed to get him for a chat and he was very friendly, helpful and down to earth. Would use again in a heartbeat.

David Jones was our main contact throughout the process and he was knowledgable, friendly and approachable with any questions. The entire process was smooth with David, and made it a little less nerve wracking being first time buyers. Would highly recommend!!!
