I used this firm for my property purchase. I found W H Lam, and Andrew Wong to be exceptional. Great attention to detail, very knowledgeable, and I was even shocked by how fast they worked: 1 search came back the same day I asked for it, another 2 within the week. Astonishing. They were also polite, and patient. I received replies to emails very promptly. I even met other staff [Adrian] who was very polite and knowledgeable despite being relatively junior. I would not hesitate to use them again, or recommend them to others. Brilliant.

I wouldn't normally have a good word to say about lawyers but litigation solicitor Albert Joia and conveyancing solicitor Janak Bakrania have both impressed me on different matters. I would recommend these guys.
