When I first approached Fairweathers 4 years ago, Steve was, honest, transparent and explained the process. We felt that they totally supported our claim throughout, showing a huge amount of empathy and understanding during such a difficult and upsetting time. Steve was always thoughtful and honest in the nicest way possible. The team did a huge amount of work keeping us informed throughout with their thoughts and honest opinions, not once did they suggest that we retract our claim, always supporting our beliefs. Finally 4 years later the battle has ended and they helped us to win our claim.
