I was purchasing a residential building and dealt with a Sydney Davies. This lady was a pleasure to engage with. Patient, professional, thorough, efficient and most of all accessible. I received a reply on same day my queries were raised. ( A rarity for a solicitor firm) . Considering I have used 3 solicitor firms in Northumberland to date. Iain Nicholson & Co via Sydney Davies were head & shoulders above the other 2 firms. I hesitate not in recommending them & should I need to engage a solicitor firm, I’ll be using Iain Nicholson & Co.

Googlea year agoI bought a property at auction and contacted them on Thursday for a quote.
I was told it would be sent the same day, but nothing came through. I chased again on Monday, gave them all my details a second time, and was promised an email quote that never arrived. By the end of the day, I called once more and was finally told they couldn’t represent me. This could have been communicated with a simple email last week instead of wasting my time. Very poor experience and a total waste of time!
